Description of Essential Job Functions:
To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of
corporate HR policies.
To develop the HR team, to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization.
Manage a team of staff. Responsible for mentoring, guiding and developing them as a second line
to the current position.
Follows up and ensuring that the corrective maintenance is performed safely, effectively and
expeditiously.
Conduct and facilitate training program to employees.
Provides guidance and directions to the Security team to ensure safety and security of the
company.
Manage the facilities housekeeping program and rules to ensure all areas are continuously free
of all debris and
Will provide development and implementation of HR Policies and procedures and their
dissemination through communications and meetings.
Conducts and investigate all discrepancies filed by Internal Quality Audit team and recommends
fair decision on the accountability.
Advice, assist and counsel employees regarding employee relations issues.
Support and assist in attending Grievance machinery of the union members.
Provide training to all managers/supervisors on the proper management and team building
Assist and train all managers and supervisors in disciplinary and termination procedures.
Investigate employee complaints in keeping with employee relations requirements and past
practice.
Assist in conducting grievances; attend hearings as necessary
