Human Resource and Administration Officer In-Charge

Description of Essential Job Functions: 
 To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of
corporate HR policies. 
 To develop the HR team, to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization.
Manage a team of staff. Responsible for mentoring, guiding and developing them as a second line
to the current position. 
 Follows up and ensuring that the corrective maintenance is performed safely, effectively and
expeditiously.  
 Conduct and facilitate training program to employees.
 Provides guidance and directions to the Security team to ensure safety and security of the 
company.
 Manage the facilities housekeeping program and rules to ensure all areas are continuously free 
of all debris and 
 Will provide development and implementation of HR Policies and procedures and their 
dissemination through communications and meetings.
 Conducts and investigate all discrepancies filed by Internal Quality Audit team and recommends 
fair decision on the accountability.
 Advice, assist and counsel employees regarding employee relations issues.
 Support and assist in attending Grievance machinery of the union members.
 Provide training to all managers/supervisors on the proper management and team building
 Assist and train all managers and supervisors in disciplinary and termination procedures.
 Investigate employee complaints in keeping with employee relations requirements and past 
practice.
 Assist in conducting grievances; attend hearings as necessary
